Product availability, pricing, dimensions, colors, and manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice. Clients are responsible for verifying all product information prior to purchase or installation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project. Fixed-price services are billed according to the agreed service rate, while custom design projects are quoted individually. Deposits and payment schedules will be outlined in the applicable proposal or invoice before work begins.

Intellectual Property

All concepts, renderings, drawings, presentations, and other design materials created by Ashley Willis Staging and Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Ashley Willis Staging and Design Studio is not responsible for manufacturer product changes, pricing fluctuations, contractor workmanship, installation errors, construction outcomes, or decisions made by third parties. Design recommendations are provided based on the information available at the time of service.
